If you have electro/mechanical skills, you need to purchase and read the Service manual. (see announcements section above--where to find---).
One quick "trick" to try -- reboot the CCC. To do this-- turn power off and service on--hold keyboard buttons Zero, and 0ne down, turn power on --hold buttons till screen says "errors exist"-- Ron Rich

You can use about any Rowe CD jukebox book. To start, you have a power problum.

Board error light--on which board-- also, can you ID the CDM and Power Supply, in your phono--
The later books are better--but, may or may not be useful unless you know which player is installed--

The board error indication may be on the Mechanism Control Unit but as Ron says we need to know what laser and control boards are fitted, the option are CDM3, CDM4, CDM12, CDMPRO.

No--serial number is meaningless,as it could/should have been updated--power supply type would be helpful-
Are all three LED on the PS lit ?
Can you post a photo of the player ?

It has 0 on the screen & it will say checksum=dc00
Then arm test passed then back to 0. If that helps @

If you mean "ram" test, not "arm" test past--your phono is working as it should ? Are you sure it shows a "board error" ?

Is the power sulp. On the side of the player?
If so it has 4 lights by the front & 2 lights in
back. Only 2 of the 4lights are on, board error &
5 vdc. The rest are off.

Please--purchase and read the Service Manual--then, if you can not find the answers in the book, get back to us using terms in the manual--Or call a "pro"--
