Anyone here know what type of cartridge this box takes and where I can get one?

Like mentioned elsewhere, check the stickiys at the top of the forum page. While I have no experience with Seeburgs, I've ordered stuff from a few vendors that sell Seeburg items.
Specifically, http://needles4jukeboxes.com/ may have 'em. John's pretty good.
