Seeburg Mardi Gras symptom 3

i picked up a mardi gras juke box and it does what seems to be symptom 3 scans twice but doesnt pick up a record, any chance someone has the schematic to show me where to test the 3 things , i am buying the book/manual but a little impatient and would like to see what is wrong with it asap, thanks in advance.

What do you want to "test" ? Need more info-- The correct model number from the ID tag outside rear would help also-

where inside the juke box is this located, inside left panel ?
First, check the Write-In voltage (usually labeled 'Write-In Source' on the control center or selection receiver test terminal strip). For the digital machines (black/gray or red boxes), the voltage measured at this point will be about +125 VDC.

where is the rca jack located?
Disconnect the RCA plug sense loop connector from control center or selection receiver. Connect the negative side of a C or D cell battery to the center pin of the plug, while grounding the positive side of the battery to set all toroids to the selected state. (Note that if you use this procedure on a tube-type jukebox, you must reverse the battery connections.) Plug the sense loop connector back in and manually scan the mechanism. It should now trip at each record, transfer, and play it. Upon reject, the mechanism will move to the next record, and repeat the cycle. If this does not occur, the problem is in the Read-Out or Trip Circuits. If operation is normal, the problem is in the Write-In circuits, to be covered later.

sorry not an electrician, i know cars and thought it would be great to hve a juke box in my shop while i build hot rods, got the box for free so figured it would be worth trying to fix it.

The ID tag is on the outside rear of the cabinet--or go back to the(Tony Miller's ?) website you found that info on and look at the photo's
The RCA plug is on the DCC--marked "Tormat"--test points are on the front of the DCC--It's marked--
Can't tell you where in phono, as I am not sure of the model--
