Rock Ola 4000X title page not turning right

When I cycle the power, the pages on both sides will turn once on its own but will not turn pressing the button after that. Turns left fine. I was told that sometimes doing a hard reset on the CPU bd will resolve this, in which case need to know how to do a reset. Definitely not a mechanical or motor problem. TIA

edit - cycling the power moves the pages to the right once.
