Rock Ola 1496 problem

Hi guys - I am new to the world of jukeboxes and could use some help! My Rock Ola 1496 was playing fine until recently. Now when a record is selected, the mech will select the correct record but as soon as the needle hits the record it immediately rejects and moves to the next selection. I have the manual.

Any suggestions to rectify this problem would be very much appreciated.

Problem solved!

I checked the trip contacts at the tone arm and noticed that they were touching. After a quick adjustment I was back in business!
