Connect Rowe CD100 Wallphono to external receiver

Hi all,

I am very new to the Jukebox world. I picked up a beautiful Rowe Berkely CD100. works great but I am interested in connecting it right up to my reciever rather than using the preamp, amp, etc inside the machine... how can I do this. I see the CD player and the wire cable connectors. I am hoping I can access the audio output from the player and somehow wire this to the external receiver. any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to use the two audio RCA sockets provided on the Mech Controller. Just use good wire, and you should be fine. If you get "clicks" and "pops between selections, you will need to purchase the WP-100, acc. board kit, and use it to power your external amp. Here is the message I replied to you on Collecting Banter.

On the amplifier in your jukebox you will see an auxiliary (Aux) connection with five connection on it marked IN, OUT, Ground, OUT, IN.
For your use, use the two out connection and the ground.
If you required an alterative music input you would use the two inputs plus ground.
It is that simple.

Yes, that's right, Ron. I was only using this picture of the 26694703 kit as an example since I don't have any pictures of the 26694704 kit.

The 26694704 kit has a slightly different board, different mounting setup, longer cables, and different instructions.

26694704 is for the WP-100 (Berkely, Storm, etc) wall mount jukes.

26694703 is for the R91 through CD100 series with the 250 watt amplifier.
