Seeburg LPC-1 won't run

well guys..

I replaced the motor capacitor, and no luck - Probably needed to get replaced anyway, so it couldn't hurt - But still back at square 1 - It won't scan when a selection is made or even when you hit the service switch to "Scan" - I'm completely clueless at this point? Any ideas?
