Not sure what series my Magnavox record player is
Electrically amplified phonographs or radio/phonographs and related components (approx. 1928-1990).

Right now I'm trying to sell my magnavox but i'm not sure what series it is since I can't find anything similar online.

Hello and welcome!
First order, please clear all the freaking crap off the top and show some pics of the turntable and receiver. Remove the back and look for some date/model stickers. Looks to be some kind of early to mid-70's unit. Once you remove the back, there should be a sticker on the base of the unit that could say something like Model 1RP679, Finish Pecan, xxxVolts, xxxwatts, Fort Wayne, Indiana. There's no need to look for it online...everything is there if you just know where to look.
Your model doesn't appear to be an Astro-Sonic, since the speaker grills look like the woofers are front-facing. Astro-Sonics project sound from the front and sides, but so did some of the pre- and post- Astro-Sonics. Not quite sure where this falls into the scheme of things. I remember seeing some of the cheaper 80's particle board models years ago...what a disappointment. The simple chart below is an example of what could be in a particular unit (those numbers would be on a small label about the size of a postage stamp), the turntable would have a larger label on the underside, and each component is treated as a separate entity and has its OWN service manual. You can't go by model and cabinet number since cabinets could be used for several years. There are separate service manuals for the turntable, receiver, amp and any external tape recorders.
Unless there's anything special about your unit, don't expect big bucks and retire early. Just in my area, I've seen/purchased them for as little as Five bucks and as much as $50.00. You do have a nice cabinet, though, and curious as to what's inside.
Welcome to the Board and post a few more pics. We really get visually stimulated...LOL! If your unit has any quirks, there are folks here that can supply remedies in that area or where to get it properly serviced. --BB

That exact set is on Craigslist or eBay, with the top open. I think it's a remote control Imperial, from the late 1960s. It has two Phantom remotes included.
