record changer mechanism( rowe)

by vidkiller13 » Wed Sep 05, 2012 2:57 am

hello
looking to see if anyone can confirm something
I have someone who has a R 80 juke and is looking for a complete record changer assembly

he sent me a pic of the mechanism from the manual and it looks the same as a TI-1 mechanism I have here

does anyone know for sure if these are the same or know of somehow I could confirm this

thanks for any help

Rob

Hello Rob,

They are basically the same but it could be differently wired if the mechanism you have has a double set of cam switches, then the molex plug on the side of the mechanism is wired differently.

Of course the annuciator is in a different location on the TI-1 & TI-2 it is on the righthand side whereas the R-80 is in the middle front of the mechanism, the length of the annuciator drive is longer on the TI-1/2 but the wiring is the same.

Alan
