rowe cd51 jukebox

need some help with a problem on my rowecd51 jukebox when switched on it all powers up fine lights ect
but the digital display is not lit and the board error light is flashing all three lights are on the ccc can anybody help please i have had it for 8 years with no problems is this a minor fault or is this bad i have no manual for this juke they seem hard to obtain as im in the uk any advice would help

Are all the led's lit on the power supply for your CD51?
You say that the display is not lit at all? did you have any error messages on the display before it went wrong and if so what were they?

yes all the lights are on on the ccc panel there were no errors on the display panel i was wondering if the display panel needs replacing as it isnot working

Hello Andrew,

I asked if all the leds were lit on the power supply unit on your jukebox not your CCC! The reason for asking this was to make sure that all the power rails on the power supply are functional.

yes all the leds are lit on the power panel

checked the boardsonthe ccc and mech board all look to be fine still got problem

My CD-51 has an issue that if, I leave it unplugged too long, then when I power it back on, the cabinet lights come on, and the CD animation spins, but the LED display panel is blank. I found that I have to turn off the internal power switch on the service switch panel, then turn it back on and it comes to life.
