Just bought my first Juke a Statesman 3400

I just purchased a wurlitzer statesman 3400 at an estate sale. I have ordered a service manual but as I wait for that to come i figured id ask a few questions. Does anyone know what keys fit the cash box? And maybe you can help point me in the right direction She lights up etc but when you make a selection the an arm in the cabinet underneath spins on disc (the one with all the contact Points) But the magazine doesnt. the arm stops usually at the same spot it started from. Next you hear this the selected play buttons pop back out. (Though if you hook a i pod up to the inputs underneath you get great sound for such a old girl.)

There is "no key" that fits the cashbox. Each cashbox had an individual key and lock assigned, and no records were kept. You will need to pick, or drill that lock and replace it.
As for the selection problem--there are many things that can cause that symptom. I suggest that you should purchase a manual, read it, and proceed from there.
Manuals are available from www.alwaysjukin.com and other legit sellers. I would NOT buy it off eBay. Ron Rich

Did you read it ? Did you get to the "trouble shooting guide" portion ?
