r 90 flash lamps

hello, everyone. having issues with my ole rowe r 90 juke. it seems that the tiny lamps wont flash to the beat of the music. All the lamps are lit but wont flash, i have checked selector switch and rang continuity and seems fine. Im not sure what else to do, how does the circuit work any how? Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Is it plugged into the "AUX" on the amplifier ? If so, the circuitry inside the control box has probably failed.
You will need to get out the schematic, and trouble shoot it ! You might check any "header pins" involved ( in the amp and the control box) for poorly soldered headers, and/or bad pins on the plugs. Ron Rich

i have a manual but it dont have electrical diagram of controller. do you have a diagram i could look at to figure it out. There are 2 chips on controller board could they be bad? thanks
