Looking for D-25 Jacobean Grill

I'm trying to help an older friend out with this posting. He has brought a D-25 back from the grave! I would have salvaged the parts, but he now has a beautiful machine. Does anyone have a grill to match the one on page 119 of Frow's Diamond Disc Book? If you have the machine, would you consider making a pattern for him? Pictures would also help. Thanks!

There's a few pictures of a J-19 here- the J-19 is exactly the same as a D-25.
The guy who owns it may be willing to help with a tracing. You'd have more luck finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow than finding an original grill for one of these.
