Please help me out on my AMI Continental 2

by speedracer888 » Tue May 15, 2007 6:55 am

I have an AMI Continental 2 here (200 play) I think its an automatic and it takes credits but will not let me select a selection. It seems the coil for the reset is one. (I have removed the tube amp as its been butchered too badly and plan to replace it with something else for the time being). Next question is there was alot of wires that went to the amp. (first off I got it as a basket case) The wires are off the amp. I know which are the speaker wires and I think the 2 orange ones are for the mute but there is 2 blacks joined with a spade lug on the eng and it looks like a yellow the those three seem to be bundled as a small woring harness. Looks like it might have went to the amp at one time. I thought maybe it was connected to the orange ones. (bad Idea I blew a fuse LOL) BUt if I hook one of to the orange ones the select light does light. Please help me.

Thanks

Hello,

What country do you live in? and do you have a manual, if not I suggest you get one before you cause permanent or costly damage to the jukebox.

Hi:
Yes I have a manual. I live in Canada. I really need some help on this thing as it is driving me nuts. I have worked on alot of jukes but this is alot different and the manual is horible. It does not give any colour coding for the wires
