HAVING A SIMILAR PROBLEM FROM A PAST POST...ie..Carriage Cycles twice then stops..where is the 3M-1..(.aka W contacts located ) on the LPC 480 UNIT

Al, I -believe- the "W" contacts are on the lower cam switch assembly.

Have you checked out the "usual suspects" for this problem? Those are the 12AX7's and 2050s along with the 4700 ohm resistor on the mech?

HAs the selection receiver been rebuilt? There are resistors that supply the W-I and R-O voltages that are common failure points.
