Seeburg SX100 help

by Mr13 » Mon Jul 19, 2010 10:55 pm

I recently picked up a great Seeburg SX100 from a friend of mine. The Tormat was bad and was replaced as were the needles. It was working beautifully. Now, when you make a selection the record loads incredibly slow. If you hold the hub back and wait, it will eventually load and play. However, no one wants to do this every time. After the record plays it ejects perfectly. I've made selections with no records in and watched the mechanism that raises the record and it creeeeeeppppssss up.
Any thoughts on how to adjust/fix this?

Thanks in advance.
