My new old record players

Hi all
first post , I now have 3 units I purchased,
the firs 2 I replaced the idler wheel , from VM enthusiast
and they play great !!
the 3rd I am just getting into, or trying ??
the turntable does not come off as the others ( spring clip )
and the arm on th esting House needs a cover ----anyone ???

It's a BSR Monarch UA-8.

To get the platter off, you must first remove the turntable mat. The spring clip is underneath it.
