Edison Amberola 30 help...have an extra spring that sprung!!!!

I just took apart this Amberola 30 and got it back working but an extra little iddy biddy spring showed up and I cannot figure out where it went to! Can anyone help?

Possibly the speed control, that's what I would check first.
