Need motor for Highway HIFI

Hello, I have a Chrysler Highway HI-FI record player that needs a new motor or the one in it fixed. It runs fine with no load but when I hook it up to the turn table it is too weak to turn it. Is there a way to fix it or is there any other motor I can get to replace it? It runs on 20VAC. Thanks!
