I understand exactly what it's doing--I can not answer WHY, it's doing that, unless you can answer my questions !
I suggest that you wait till after you have read the Service manual prior to doing anything else.
As for the cash-box lock--IF there is an number stamped on it, any GOOD locksmith, can make you a computer assisted key for it, if it is an original OEM "National" brand lock. Ron Rich

I guess you are talking about the MCC the Mechanism Control Computer well if so there are only 3 lights showing T.T. Red Light, Trans Motor Red Light, Mag Motor No Red Light, Toggle Red Light, all the rest on this box is not lit.

I think I see the clutch arm you can push it in to engage the black button but but nothing happens. as for the clutch arm working and if it is that then no it is not engaging if I'm looking in the right area that's located right in front of the wheel that has the gears.

It would appear to me that you are not looking at the gripper (Transfer) motor, armature shaft--and if I am correct, you have yet to properly oil it ?? PLEASE, wait, till after you READ your manual, so we can communicate -- Ron Rich

No problem--I hope you have some electro/mechanical abilities, or if not, can find a local friend who does to help you !
You will probably need to have, and be able to read, a common "volt-ohm meter"--- Ron Rich

Ok i found a electrician that use to service Old Jukeboxes in town in one of the local Bars that still have one that still plays 45's, well anyway he came out here to look at it and he said in this model it is either the CCC board or the tray which the 45's are set in. The wheel should be spinning when selecting a 45 the wheel is not moving at all, and when you release the clutch bar by hand that locks the wheel the wheel itself is very hard to move around, other than that everything is working like it should. I told him I will wait until I get the Service Manual from eBay and then I will let you know before it's decided to have an electrician do the work, because there is no way I can do this type of work by myself, funny because there is not much to this parts wise I mean, its more of a big box.

I also had a key made for the change box a $10.00 key made and I found $27.50 in change in the bag too funny.

Um---no ! 1. -You NEVER want to "push" the basket that holds the records around--and 2. it, of course will not attempt to "move itself" if the transfer motor is not stopped at "home position" . The CCC, MCC, or cam switches could all cause your problem--IMHO, the CCC is the least likely to be the cause ?? Ron Rich

You need to remove the following boards and send them to a Rowe Ami specalist to test/repair them:-

CCC (central control computer)
Mechanism Control unit
Pricing board (part number 6-08878-01 to -05)

I received both cards today The CCC and the MC both rebuilt and behold it fixed the problem, My Jukebox is up and running great. Only problem is that the volume is low for a jukebox, the people that had it had the volume control moved inside and had it wired with the knob to turn it up or low, from the inside I guess to keep people from cranking it up like in a Bar setting, but the sound doesn’t sound like the speakers are having issues but for a jukebox it should play loud like in a bar. In another words it seems to just be set on one volume level.

The bottom speakers sound like they are on but to me they don’t if that makes any sense. They are the bigger speakers they don't appear to be damaged they do have sound coming from them but very low. any help on this problem the manual does not have a trouble shooting for this. Unless I'm missing a page. I want to thank you for the replies back and the help.

The service manual, if a good copy has the amp/speaker set up sown in it--if not, why don't you axk the person that rebuilt you modules ?? Ron Rich
