Hi
Its a wall mounted cd jukebox from 1989, its listed under archives in the jbw jukebox website. It operates using E1V technology. There should be a small credit unit board plugged into the top right control board, if not they can be easily got. Usual problem with cd machines is either a dirty laser lens or worn out lens, cleaning with iso propyl alcohol might work, post a pic of the inside

All I could find on the manufacturer's website was this manual:

As a lomg-time servicer of electronics, I have to state that laser assemblies do have a limiit on their life-span.
The older assemblies are harder, and if not difficult to replace.
It's just the nature of the industry, and a product of forced obcelevence built into modern electronics.
The Internet is a marvelous thing, however it's not a good substitute for actually being there.

Hi
When you switch the machine on are there any errors displayed, there is a chip on the main board know as a ram chip battery which contains and hold programming information. It doesn't look like a battery just like a regular chip which may need repalcement. Any i got before were from the UK and cost about 12 sterling. Usually an error is displayed or if you try to program information into the machine it won't be saved in it
